Dear Susan,

I did try back, over and over again. Most things sold out by the time I got thru and the shampoo I gave ALL my info and when I clicked to finish the deal I got no email, no message that it was confirmed and do not know if they got my order. No coat, as it sold out and as I said I tried back and it DID NOT work out fine as you said it would. I could have ordered the WII after 10 trys I got in but then found out the shipping for a lightweight small game was an overpriced $7. Unfair. I don't like wasting my time and this is what happened. I want my hour or 2 back so I could do something more satisfiying like vacuming, doing laundry or taking a walk on my precious day off than sitting at my computer very frustrated. Please ask the show producers to not promise gold and then give out #$%!*.

I think its a bit to late to inform all the viewers at 11:36 am that the problem is being worked on - ha ha!! Joke is on all of us who thought we would be able to save money on gifts. After several attempts to each of the sites without any results and viewing the comments of other very disappointed viewers what was the use of coming back to the site to waste more time.

Extremely disappointed. Either there were hardly any of these products available or people were allowed to buy huge quantities. Instead of being a great opportunity for many to buy great gifts at discounted prices...this turned into a huge bust.
Surprised this was so mishandled.

On the Jill's Steals and Deals--was this a horrible practical joke? Nothing worked! Then phone numbers and e-mails were posted, but when I was finally able to get through on the phone I either got a recording asking for me to leave a message--which I couldn't do because the mailbox was full or I was told that the employee had to also wait for the website to come up so they could not help me. I sent an e-mail on the XOXO jacket because I was finally able to place that order on line only to get an error saying that taxes couldn't be calculated and that I had to speak with someone. Well as I waited to speak with someone all of the jackets sold out. I can share more, but I think you get the picture. Besides you can view the posts from others and see that we feel duped, scammed, or punked by NBC. Surely that was not your intention. I hope in the future more work will be done to insure that something like this doesn't happen again.

What happens when you finally get things going and the websites are now saying the things are "SOLD OUT" ? Where does that leave me? I have been trying for hours and got nothing going back and forth on these websites and now the wii is sold out so what will be next???? Did yall not really think there would be alot of people wanting to do this? your show is GREAT and the deal was ALMOST as good. I know your probably doing everything you can so I just wanted to make sure you knew about it being sold out. Please help me.....

the story about baby gabriel has hit home with my family and i thought I would ask if you could help us or point us in the right direction for help. my grandaughter was kidnapped about 6 months ago from the state of washington by her mother and apparently taken to california. My son, Michael, has been getting nowhere trying to get some help from authorities. He has a divorce decree that stated that their child was to stay in the state of washington and he was entitled to visitation set out in the decree. Since my son does not have the resources to go out on his own and hire someone to find his daughter and the authorities in Washington are telling him that there is not much they can do we were wondering if you might be able to help us in any way with this situation. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
